Garmony Property Consultants are independent property consultants and licensed valuers who act in a wide range of property consulting situations throughout Western Australia being conveniently located in South Perth.

Valuation and property consultancy assignments have involved government, corporate and private clients, while work undertaken has included multi-storey office buildings, land sub-divisions, shopping centres, high rise residential properties, suburban commercial and industrial properties, together with a large number of single residences in Perth.

Our licensed valuers are recipients of the Australian Property Institute's Continuing Professional Development Award and Excellence in Property Award and are Certified Practising Valuers.

Our Senior Staff:

Matt Garmony

a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, Licensed Valuer No. 41203 and Certified Practising Valuer is  Managing Director.  Matt is a Past President of the Young Property Professionals of the Australian Property Institute and is a past State Board Member of the Australian Property Institute.

John Garmony

a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute, Licensed Valuer No. 33 and Certified Practicing Valuer, is a past President of the Australian Property Institute, Western Australian division.

Our senior staff have combined experienced of over 55 years in real estate consultancy, with the company being established in 1984.  As a mark of our standing in the profession we are often appointed to act as Arbitrators under the Commercial Arbitration Act to resolve property matters.
