Olivia is one of Garmony Property Consultants assistant valuers, who supports our licensed valuers with property research, site inspections and report preparation, working alongside Matt Garmony and our licensed valuers on numerous residential, commercial, industrial and specialist property type valuations. Prior to joining Garmony Property Consultants, Olivia has spent 8 years working in the retail industry in fashion and customer service.
Olivia’s extensive experience in the retail industry, brings a further dimension and insight to the Garmony valuation team with her knowledge on optimal retail layouts and locational characteristics that differentiate between prime and secondary retail premises.
