Brigitte Boyd, AAPI

Brigitte Boyd is a Licensed Valuer with Garmony Property Consultants who focuses on residential, rural and small to medium size commercial and industrial property valuations.

Brigitte joined the Garmony Property Consultants team in 2026, bringing with her a wealth of valuation experience in both Western Australia and Victoria. Brigitte commenced her career in 2011 as a trainee valuer in Melbourne, Victoria and soon moved to Albury/Wodonga where she was qualified in 2013. Once qualified as a Certified Practising Valuer, Brigitte moved to Geelong, Victoria as a commercial valuer, which included rural agribusiness and residential valuations.

Brigitte moved to Western Australia in 2024, predominately as a residential and rural valuer, drawing from her experience growing up on a farm in western Victoria. Brigitte focusses on residential, rural and small to medium size commercial and industrial properties and small to medium residential built form developments. Brigitte is an Associate Member of the Australia Property Institute (API).

Brigitte’s experience is diverse in both residential, rural and commercial valuation assessments in both Victoria and Western Australia. Along with valuing properties for mortgage security, general taxation and transfer purposes, Brigitte has prepared numerous valuations for Family Court purposes, rental valuations for landlord and tenant disputes and has prepared valuations as an Expert Witness.

Brigitte understands the professionalism required from the valuation industry and the detail, accuracy and reporting style necessary to provide the readers of the valuation report, exactly ‘how’ and ‘why’ the valuer arrived at the assessed figure(s).

Over the past 15 years in the property industry, Brigitte has had the benefit of working with several national property valuation firms, training junior valuers and has gained a diversified skill set across a number of property asset classes, adding depth to the Garmony Team.
