Garmony Property Consultants are interested in speaking to licensed valuers who are looking for some diversity in their property valuation career.  Whether you already have experience in residential, commercial and industrial property valuations, or are looking to broaden your knowledge and experience in this area, we would love to hear from you.

 The Valuer

To join our Team, you will need to;

  • Be a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) who is a licensed valuer in Western Australia.
  • Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role, valuing a range of property types.
  • Have a high degree of professionalism, initiative and multi-tasking skills.
  • Enjoy working with our close professional team.
  • Be highly motivated to build strong relationships with our diverse client base.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.

  • Part Time Admin / Assistant Valuer

Garmony Property Consultants require an enthusiastic Curtin University property student or graduate who is looking for a fantastic start to their career in the property valuation industry.

The Role

Our company offers our Curtin property graduates and trainee valuers excellent exposure to the property industry. Starting in an Admin role prepares the future valuer with an intimate knowledge of property systems and company procedures, clients reporting requirements and important aspects of a valuation businesses operations. This person will also undertake property research on planning and legal aspects for the valuations. This preparation is important in laying the foundations of a professional valuer or property consultant.

Our property graduates who start in admin roles, become Assistant Valuers receiving one-on-one training from recognised industry leading Licensed Valuers. They undertake extensive market research and assist our licensed valuers with site inspections, research and report drafting. This hands-on approach provides our trainee valuers with a detailed understanding of the valuation industry.

The Candidate

To join our Team, you will need to be able to;

  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Show a strong attention to detail as well as strong organisational and time management skills,
  • Be a self-starter and demonstrate the generation of intelligent ideas and initiative,
  • Consistently achieving positive outcomes while constantly managing multiple tasks
