To our valued clients and colleagues,

With the COVID-19 situation continuing to evolve, please note that our company is taking all necessary precautions to protect our staff, clients and colleagues in accordance with official advice from the Australian Government, World Health Organisation and the Australian Property Institute in a response to COVID-19.

We would like to assure our clients that we have a ‘business as usual’ management plan in place for our valuation services, which focuses on:

  • Preserving the health of our team, clients and the wider community
  • Continued in the office and remote working practices, and we have plans in place to all work remotely should circumstances dictate this requirement.
  • Facilitating ongoing client communication through mobile and online platforms
  • Continued priority on maintaining our exceptional client services
  • We continue to work with clients on an ‘as needs’ basis to host meetings, or service their meeting requirements via Microsoft TeamsZoom and other platforms. Our commitment to providing prompt, professional and well researched property advice remain unchanged.

Our strict standards for ‘on site’ property valuation inspections include:

  • maintaining good hygiene at all times by frequently cleaning hands using alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water; and
  • prior to agreeing to undertake an inspection, valuers undertake appropriate questioning which may include, but not be limited to, asking the inspection contact to confirm that no one the valuer will be meeting at the inspection is the subject of a ‘quarantine order’ by a health authority or a self-isolation/self-quarantine scenario, and

During an inspection, the valuer should;

  1. Confirm no-one at the property is feeling unwell or showing any symptoms of COVID-19.
  2. Advise the client of the company’s health and safety steps to minimise the spread of the virus
  • Refrain from shaking anyone’s hand or touching anyone,
  • Request the client open all doors and turn all lights on for the valuer,
  • The valuer to attempt to not touch anything at the property.
  • Clean hands when returning to his/her car with alcohol hand wash

Our licensed valuers and team look forward to continuing to provide the highest possible level of valuation and property consultancy advice to our clients and at all times.
