We require an experienced licensed valuer, with a comprehensive knowledge in commercial, industrial and residential valuations, to accommodate our more complex valuation and consultancy assignments. You will work with industry leaders in a dynamic professional team environment with exposure to an extensive range of property types for a variety of purposes including but not limited to feasibility analysis, compensation assessments and rental valuation assignments for our diverse client base.
The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role valuing a range of property types. A high degree of professionalism and initiative are further skills you will require for this role, consistently achieving positive outcomes while constantly managing multiple tasks and working to tight deadlines. Key strengths will include your personable nature and an ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will need to be highly motivated and believe you can make a genuine contribution to our team.
Candidates must be a Licensed Valuer and at least an Associate member of the Australian Property Institute (API), have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail as well as strong organisation and time management skills.
