Office All-rounder

Garmony Property Consultants is looking for a bright, friendly, dynamic Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our team and manage the administration of our valuation office.

You will be responsible for:

  • Switchboard management
  • Greeting clients
  • Typing, preparing and sending reports
  • Invoicing and quoting
  • Filing
  • Ordering legal documents and office supplies
  • Banking, petty cash and accounts receivable
  • Secretarial duties for Managing Director and Valuers

Skills, experience, knowledge and attributes

  • Previous experience in similar roles essential (minimum 5 years)
  • Advanced computer skills in the use of all MS Office products and internet (Xero experience a bonus – or ability and willingness to learn Xero)
  • Typing speed (minimum 50wpm touch typing) and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Capable of prioritising work and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new requirements, work under pressure and demonstrate a “can do” attitude
  • Self motivated and able to work autonomously in a small quiet office environment
  • Professional presentation
