Simon has been a valued member of Garmony Property Consultants since 2012 and a licensed valuer for over 5 years. Whilst completing his Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Property at Curtin University, Simon worked as a land sales assistant at Stockland’s Baldivis land estates. As an assistant valuer, Simon worked alongside Managing Director, Matt Garmony on numerous commercial, industrial and specialist property types, gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience and was admitted as an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute in 2014.
Simon’s experience is diverse in both residential and commercial valuation assignments including valuations of single houses for mortgage security and Family Court purposes through to valuations of englobo land parcels and multi lot residential subdivisions. Simon’s experience and expertise extends to valuations of retail shops, commercial offices and large industrial properties for market valuations and market rent reviews purposes. Simon is also accredited by the Australian Property Institute as a Rental Determination expert, including Industrial, Commercial and Retail Shops.
Simon’s regularly undertakes Retirement Village’s Resident Funded Independent Living Unit Transferable Leasehold assessments and medical centre valuations and rental assessments with a specialisation in Pharmacy properties.
